Moto Guzzi V12 LMMoto Guzzi V12 LM  sport motorcycle was on display at the 2009 EICMA show in Milan, Italy.   The hinged racy red body sits on top of a streamlined chassis holding a 1200cc v-twin.  The design was created by Miguel Galluzzi and Pierre Terblanche, and has been described as “the natural successor to the Le Mans”.

Guzzi V12LMThe interesting rear suspension features an almost-horizontal shock absorber on top of the swingarm.  Following the trend for stubby, low-mounted exhaust, no tailpipes are obvious on this bike, but it is great to see the large diameter header pipes flexing their muscles.

The V12 LM is primarily a prototype or concept bike at this stage. Fortunately, it appears to have been designed as a motorcycle that may not be too outlandish to consider bringing into the product line.
